Jonika Antoinette Haynes is a woman who truly displays that the City of Charm, Baltimore, Maryland, gives birth to miraculous track stars. She is a mother of one and a friend of many. As a community advocate and servant leader, she is often known as a voice of reasoning. Her pioneer spirit inspires all who cross her path. She recently founded and serves as the Executive Director of United Mobile Resource Association (UMRA), a non-profit organization geared towards improving the quality of life for Baltimore City students and their families. Ms. Haynes proves that she is indeed a RUNNER. In addition, she is the CEO/Chairman of Persona International, Inc., a marketing distribution company, which is geared toward delivering innovative tools of excellence to professionals.

In addition to her many skills and talents, Jonika is also a Certified Life Coach.
